Rent is income based. We calculate what 30% of your annual income is and then deduct non-reoccurring medical expenses.

Small pets are allowed but must meet policy requirements and a pet deposit is required.

No, we are not an Assisted Living Facility and we do not provide services.  Tenants need to have the ability to live independently and make decisions on their own.  If tenants set up some services with outside agencies in order to have some assistance, that is fine.

Meals are served MondayFriday.  The meal program is staffed and operated by the ADRC, not the Merrill Housing Authority.

All tenants are assigned a space in the parking lot to park their vehicle in.  We will ask you to see your Driver’s License and proof of insurance.

At this time, we have Satellite service.  All tenants pay $10.00 per month for 40 channels.  You are not able to add any channels to the package or set up your own TV service in the building.

Heat, electric & water.  You are responsible for setting up and paying  bills for phone and internet services.

You are allowed only one pet (dog or cat) must be under 30lbs, spayed or neutered current on vaccination and required to pay a $200.00 Pet Security Deposit.

As long as your annual income does not exceed the HUD Income Limits established for Lincoln County the property will be considered an asset.
